    Philosophy

The challenges presented by contemporary universal culture are characterized by the need for refinement in architectural design, emphasizing the creation of highly functional spaces, with character and with a great respect for the environment.

We are concerned about our environment, energy saving and the implementation of new sustainable design alternatives, beyond any type of certification. We constantly carry out solar energy and efficiency studies, always advising us with the best consultants in sustainability.

This responsible attitude with the context, particularly with the powerful natural landscape that surrounds the city of Monterrey, requires us to seek a great harmony with it, always using it as a force generating the architectural concept.

“For us, architecture is a reflection of the culture of our time and space. As a witness of our traditions, it must be understood as a discipline that always looks into the future, not the past. In this sense, today more than ever architecture must be in total harmony with nature, always seeking respect and integration with the environment”.
    —Gilberto L. Rodríguez

    Design

Our projects always start from the premise of fully fulfilling the needs program provided by the client, but at the same time seek to create an intimate relationship with their environment, mainly their natural environment.

That is why for our study it is extremely important to approach the projects with a great respect for the existing nature, adapting ourselves to the natural topography and seeking to have the best possible visual relation with the surrounding landscape.

    Construction

The firm stands out for its use of innovative constructive solutions, which bring the daring concepts of our projects to life. Besides, a great emphasis is placed on adapting to the existing nature on site, which allows for a great commitment with the environment without sacrificing comfort and visual appeal.

The materials used are subject to the highest quality standards, which enables the firm to create long-lasting constructions with an enormous aesthetic value, thus producing projects which, due to both their beauty and quality, withstand the passage of time.

    03 —

    Interior Design

Part of the commitment with an integral design is to unify the fomral and volumetric beauty of the architectural design with the project’s interior design. Thus, with the usage of top-of-the-line decoration, the studio’s signature holistic design is guaranteed.

Materials such as high-end carpentry, national and imported marble, and innovative furnishings are used to create not only visually appealing designs, but also functional spaces, ensuring the firm’s distinctive touch is present in every corner of the project.
