Indigo Tower

Torre ÍNDIGO is a multifamily residential project located in Vía Cordillera, Santa Catarina, Nuevo León, conceived at an intimate scale that seeks to integrate architecture, well-being, and quality of life.

The project proposes a contemporary architecture with a sober and timeless character, where the building’s composition and spatial organization respond to a search for balance between privacy and community. With a total area of 12,363 m², the development is conceived as a boutique-scale residential project comprising 48 units and a selection of common spaces dedicated to wellness, social interaction, and relaxation.

The amenities complement the residential experience through spaces such as a Wellness Center, sauna, fitness area, yoga deck, Zen Zone, reading and meditation areas, coworking spaces, and catering rooms. On the upper levels, the swimming pool and barbecue areas create gathering spaces connected to the outdoors.

The interior design maintains a contemporary and restrained expression, with particular attention to the selection of materials, millwork, furnishings, and comfort solutions. Each element is intended to integrate coherently into the overall design, prioritizing functionality, durability, and spatial quality.

Torre ÍNDIGO represents an approach to vertical living in which architecture becomes a means of creating spaces for privacy, serenity, and community, resulting in a contemporary residential experience within the urban context of Valle Poniente.
