Proximity is an ambitious mixed-use project that includes 1,600 units in nine apartment towers. The property is in a post-industrial zone, north of the city. It’s a location that connects with any area of the Monterrey metropolitan area in just a few minutes.
This large-scale housing complex must be complemented with commercial and gastronomic services, for which a two-level area has been considered as a base for each of the different groups of towers. The apartments have dimensions of 80 m2 and 90 m2, with amenities such as meeting rooms, playrooms, gyms, grills, and sports areas.
In the first stage, the first three towers will be built, adding a total of 600 apartments. The green area behind them will function as a large private park for the development, while the public areas will come to life as the construction of the six subsequent towers progresses.
The main idea of this master plan, on Churubusco avenue, is for it to be a service center. Attached to it is a “business class” hotel, thought to be an independent project that complements it.
