Our project Urbania, renovated in 2009 by GLR Architects will be joining the projects to visit at Open House Monterrey
Urbania: Known before as Monterrey’s Building and renovated in 2009 by GLR Architects, represents an important historic space that is located at one of the oldest blocks of the city: Jose Maria Morelos Street. It was originally built and designed as an office building by the architect Ricardo Guajardo, as an example of modern architecture of the mid century of XX. Some of its most distinguished features are a sequence of concrete columns and exterior brick walls, as well as windows oriented to the north and south facades.
This revonation project designed by GLR Arquitectos will join the event Open House Mty 2017, on it’s third edition in the city of Monterrey.
