Life Style City Center Valtierra is a master plan located in the municipality of Leon, Guanajuato. The land is located between residential blocks on the Boulevard Vicente Valtierra.
The project pursues to detonate the area by promoting a new residential area with commercial, recreational and service zones, forming a new core within the complex. It consists of generating a social and family environment, with green areas where recreational activities can be carried out, following a new concept called Lifestyle Center. Likewise, it is intended to recreate the dynamic and variety of downtown life in the suburbs, starting from the premise: “take downtown to the suburbs.”
The architectural project raises an integral experience where the apartment buildings are located on the commercial floor, existing an underground parking that serves both residential and commercial areas.
The master plan consists of 1 supermarket, 1 cinema, varied commercial premises, restaurants, gardens and green areas, 1 gastronomic corridor and 3 towers of apartments. Also, within the urban design approach the scheme includes: sidewalks, strips, roundabouts and gardens.
