Amatis tower is located at the northern end of the Via Cordillera district in Monterrey. It has access from Alfonso Reyes Avenue, joining a linear park with running tracks and basketball courts.
This mixed-use residential tower is made up of 130 apartments from 50 to 154 m2 and from one to three bedrooms, where users can enjoy the views of the Sierra Madre Mountain and the Huasteca Canyon. It has three levels of parking, distributed as staggered blocks in order to not invade the pedestrian level. The remaining areas that form the staggering were used to locate the apartments or storage units, which together with the amenities on the ground floor hide the parking lots on the façade.
Amatis is divided into two towers known as the north and south towers, which are joined at level five by a bridge next to an area of amenities, including a pool and a barbecue area. It also has networking spaces, a catering room and a kid’s playroom. The south tower has seven levels. However, due to its sloping terrain, the north tower has a total of eleven levels, ending at the same height as the south tower. On the upper level of these towers, we find the penthouses.
