These offices were commissioned by the transnational Contour Global, a company dedicated to large-scale projects related to energy. Located in the Equus building, they enjoy spectacular views of the Club Campestre de Monterrey golf course, as well as the Sierra Madre Mountain and other areas of the city. Because of its open spaces and its divisions, mainly made of glass, these views can be appreciated from practically every corner of the offices.
This project has a reception with a waiting area, which due to its distribution has access to the open work area, as well as to the main private area through a large corridor with stone coverings. Said private is also connected to the rest of the office, creating a unity in the entire space. It also has a large meeting room for 14 people, a series of private offices and a kitchen. These offices have the quality of being flexible and of multiple uses. As for the furniture, and because it was conceived in times of a pandemic, the open area has individual Herman Miller modules, instead of the traditional bench system. These individual workspaces have a circular shape, which offers visual privacy with soft and acoustic materials that create a serene and focused space, even when shared with other users.
For the interior finishes of the project, a variety of materials were used, mainly modular carpet, silver travertine marble and linear oak wood in gray tones. Finally, special care was taken with the design of the lighting, ensuring that it met the appropriate lumens and all international standards for comfortable and efficient work.
